How Our Foil Bags Are Made

Applying the adhesive tape
Precise application of peel-and-seal adhesive tape, which ensures a quick and secure seal for your package.

Punching Holes
Creating vent holes that allow excess air to be removed from the package after the product is placed inside, enabling the film package to better conform to its contents.

Welding
It guarantees the packaging's airtightness and high durability. The entire process is carried out using state-of-the-art technologies that ensure high quality and consistent production.

Packaging in rolls
Packaged in convenient rolls, ensuring ease of use and quick packaging of shipments.
Mailing bags made from 100% recycled materials
The film used in our mailing bags is made entirely from recycled material.
Instead of using virgin raw materials, we use plastic that has already been in circulation. PCR content in the finished mailing bag can reach 100%, with the sealing strip making up the remaining component.
